Wicked Brew roles: Lead guitar, mandolin, high backing vocals, paranormal research
Personal Notes: I grew up in Temple, Texas. Cory and I have known each other since we were kids. I'm a self-taught guitarist and played for several years with a band called Sterling Country which toured all over Texas. I've played with a ton of local bands, and done a lot of recording in Austin studios. One fun band I played in was called Loco Boyz, and it included my brother Lee and Wicked Brew's other guitarist Cory.
I love composing original music. I'm always trying to find new ways to better myself as a composer and to develop a signature sound.
Musical Influences: My main influences are the country outlaws such as Willie Nelson, Jerry Jeff Walker, and Waylon Jennings.
A few of my other influences are Jimi Hendrix, Jerry Reed, Aerosmith, Steve Wariner, Steve Vai, SRV, Creedance, Hank Sr. and Jr., as well as, Spinal Tap and Ozzy.
